  • How do you ship your goods?

    We use world renowned shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS & DHL

  • What types of Payment do you accept?

    We accept all Major Credit Cards i.e. Visa, MasterCard. AMEX & Discover. (CC Form Authorization)

    C.O.D Company/Cashier can be accepted upon clearance from accounting dept.

    We also upon approval of credit application accept Net Term Payment of Net7, Net15 & Net30

  • Is Refurbished, Used and Gray Market Product the same?

    Gray Market is a FUD term sometimes thrown around by new resellers when referring to used equipment. The Gray market has to do with leaks in the global supply chain of new hardware. Used Equipment has nothing to do with the gray market.

  • What Should i do if a server or a server option purchased from you doesn't work?

    There are 3 easy steps before concluding that the server or server option is definitely a Dead On Arrival i.e. DOA

    • Reseat the drives, Memory, etc and Power Cycle the server

    • Collect any error messages (screen, logs, etc)

    • Call Us and Ask to speak to our in-house technician

  • What is your Standard Return Policy?

  • What is the Product Lead-Time before shipping?

    In most cases all our equipment ships the same day; however, if an item has to be special ordered for a deal, the sales rep will definitely inform the buyer ahead of time so that the client is well-aware of the possible lead-time before delivery.
